Bokeh.

Bokeh is japanese for blur. It describes the aesthetic quality of the blur in the background of a photograph. This week we had to shoot a photo which showed bokeh. This was a very simple shoot and luckily my sister was nice enough to model for me late at night.

  3. I really like this shot, Kayleigh. It has a simplicity to it, yet it very strong. I like the repeated pattern of the lights and the that of the shirt - I don't know if that was planned but I liked it.

  4. This is an awesome picture, Kayleigh. It looks like the lights are actually right above her head.

  7. Kayleigh this was a great shot! i actually love the placement here. The bokeh in the top of the frame is very simple and complimenting to her "thoughtful" look.
